Due to Honeywell brand authorization restrictions, we currently only provide order and delivery services to the following countries and regions:

• United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)

• Canada

• United Kingdom

• Germany

• France

• Italy

• Spain

⚠️ Orders from Alaska and Hawaii cannot be fulfilled.

We will arrange shipping from the nearest available warehouse. If local stock is unavailable, your order will be shipped directly from China by air.

Important Notes

• Orders canceled more than 1 hour after purchase may incur return shipping fees.

• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost, the customer bears the loss. We cannot resend or refund in this case.

• COVID-19 or other external factors may cause occasional delays.

• Taxes & Duties: Orders may ship from different warehouses. Import taxes may apply depending on your country’s policy.

Q1: What if I received the wrong product?

Q2: If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?
 We always try to ship items together. However, depending on product availability and carrier options, some items may ship separately. You will receive a shipping notification email for each package.

Q3: Can I change my delivery address after shipping?
 Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. You can cancel an order within 60 minutes and place a new one with the correct details.
